N20 is illegal period its a flammable liquid ina compressed state. as far as i can recall if its installed its against the law. Ive been ticketed and dropped by ins for it.

here is the FL state law concerning N20 also you must be 18 to buy or pocess. The only place it is allowed is at a Track or medial facility and by different grades of N20. You also must poces a valid lisence or Military ID or Canadian ID.. Dont ask me why for the canooks...

(2) It is unlawful for any person to possess, buy, sell, or otherwise transfer any chemical substance specified in subsection (1) for the purpose of inducing or aiding any other person to violate the provisions of subsection (1).
(3) Except as provided in subsection (4) with respect to nitrous oxide, any person who violates subsection (1) or subsection (2) commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(4) Any person who knowingly distributes, sells, purchases, transfers, or possesses more than 16 grams of nitrous oxide commits a felony of the third degree which shall be known as unlawful distribution of nitrous oxide, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. For purposes of this subsection, in addition to proving by any other means that nitrous oxide was knowingly possessed, distributed, sold, purchased, or transferred, proof that any person discharged, or aided another in discharging

This subsection does not apply to the possession and use of nitrous oxide as part of the care and treatment of a disease or injury by a practitioner licensed under chapter 458, chapter 459, chapter 464, chapter 466, or chapter 474; as a food-processing propellant; as a semiconductor oxidizer; as an analytical chemistry oxidizer in atomic absorption spectrometry; in the production of chemicals used to inflate airbags; as an oxidizer for chemical production, combustion, or jet propulsion; or as a motor vehicle induction additive when mixed with sulphur dioxide.

again this applies to types and uses. You can not drive a car with an armed N20 System primed or hooked up on the street.

Its legal to have it installed in your car, and the lines attatched. You just cant have the tank open. So, if a cop sees you purging, obviously your tank was/is open and he can write you a ticket.

cause its a ford fucus and it obviously needs it?

and Saleen Rouch Lingenfelter etc etc are Factory performance systems Limited builds and specialty vehicles get to dance around the laws. ow do you thin kLingenfelter gets around the American Power to weight ratio gimick ? All Z class vehciles arent subject to standard vehicle build requiremenst as they are Limited Production. why do you think Chevy Anounced the new Z06 as a World Super Car ? Lighter and more power not exactly legal in america.

If it sports a Red Bow Tie and is Rated Z its a whole lot differnent then its brethren. Z32, Z28, Z24, Z71,Z33, SS, SS-R, GT, GT-S, GT-R, factory Perf, Steeda, Lingenfelter, Rousche, SVT, GM Perf. Nismo, Rally Art, WRX, Etc etc...

Most of yourfavorit cars were just built so the factpryteams could race them as production models. NSX limited build so it could be called a production car, Skyline same thing, WRX ditto...

Wow whata rant im done now
