Need help this weekend ASAP!!!

When we lowered my car at MacDill that one time and we took out the backseat to put the springs in, we put the backseats back in without taking the seatbelts back out and they are trapped down in there, and guess what....Im a daddy..... - Tampa Forums (http://www.tampaforums.com/forums/free-4-all/im-daddy-282364/)
I need to get them out for the carseat ASAP.... I would do it but I dont own a tool, who in the T&C/Westchase area can help this weekend??
