friends got a gt he wants to start building. He wants to start out slow.....are there any quick tweaks that can be don to thw motor right away like advance the timing or other(free) things to get a lil extra power. Also anyone have good site's for parts for this car.

Just get a 3s-gte and swap it in. Ohterwise he'll just be throwing in parts that aren't really going to add a whole lot.
