have a question? on my 95 240sx i notice that there is this pipe that runs from the exhuast manifold (headers) into the intake manifold, why is that and is there a way i can get ride of it?

 

that is the dumbest shit ever created by nissan..... its the EGR valve or Exhaust gas relay valve... you would have to plug it, and take it off from the Intake mani and put a block off plate on it. I did it when the motor was out of the car. looks like a bitch to do if the motor is in the car,im not sure.

 

where can i get this block of kit from , if they make a kit for both exhaust and intake?

lol ebay has EGR block off plates. the one on the header im not sure. I have a turbo manifold there...soo good luck
