Illegal event in south florida this Saturday

hey guys i know of at least one car that might make the trip down to my Illegal event. i used to have the every saturday and keep it secret and only invited certain people. then most of the track was destroyed. its been about 5 months since that happened. took some people there after the damage and we still had hours of fun. i think i have 15 cars possible to come so far. its trespassing but very very secluded. very tight kart track.

we went there last friday from 1 am to 5 am.. but i have driftied this track from 10am to 10pm with out any police. the only police i have ever seen there was because of a party at a building that was rented. everything is over grown there now so i doubt any parties will be going on.

dude there is no way you could drift one of these turns.....okay go clutchkick your car in a autocross and see where it gets you. make sure you do it in the tightest turn too. stop being a wannabe drifter untill you have the proper equipment. i also turned down a RWD car. a MR2...no motorsports experience in a mid engine car just doesnt seem like it would work out to well. seriously stop think that pulling your ebrake means you are drifting. i love honda and do own some so its not a anti FWD thing.

oh wait drifting at an autocross is a no no but they couldnt stop me cause i was faster then a big % of the cars. and hit 1 cone in 4 regulation runs and 3 funruns.

you just don't know.....actually that FC is retired to the junk yard...took the lsd and mazdatrix mount out and the momosteering wheel. ebay cone filter and strut bars too. had to leave the new tie rods and ball joints. the rt615's wear going bald so let them go too. now i have a red FC with some SSR mesh going on it....now if i just wasnt so lazy i would maybe work on it. i kept the sunroof and rear hatch also. i have aluminum hood coming and an extra dif. oh and mirrors. here is the new daily and the new project full on drift car. not gonna be like the grey one at all.

okay just got back from the track and too much rain water not drying fast enough we just took an S14/sr20 to the track and not all that fun with that much water. hopefully tommorow with some push brooms i can spread the water out....better for consistency at least.

illegal event means it cost $0.00 dollars. acutally i gave some one 4 rims and tires today too so i think that it was worth it for him. i was gonna charge spectators but only 1 showed up so i didnt ask. guy in an 86 bought me a sode and guy in a silvia bought me launch. so pretty good day for everybody.

lets see i drifted at the same times as the grip people ran and tipped one cone barely after 7 laps. 4 regulation and 3 fun runs. there was one evo that went off the track not OC but in the grass where corner workers were and then an STi's wheel came off and he went off in the grass and almost hit the same corner workers....but i guess i was out of control .

i did get yelled at by the safety guy but after i discussed my runs with the president of Equipe Rapid (miami autocross) he said my times were fast and i was in control of my car so there was nothing anybody could do to stop me. the look on everybodies faces when i pulled back into grid was priceless.

if you showed a normal person a picture of a car sliding and a car gripping, he/she will most likely choose the car that is gripping as the one that is in "control...." and with that assumption, property owners, venues, and insurance companies that support auto-x and other grip events may see it as more of a hazard than gripping.
