Probably the coolest autocross site ever! Norfolk, VA

This is too cool. The Tidewater racing club in Norfolk, VA uses the concrete landing ramp at the Little Creek Amphibious Base, home of Assault Craft Unit 4. This is the ramp that the hovercraft use to get onto the base... Basically a huge concrete pad that goes right down into the water. How cool is that?! HOVERCRAFT.

Looks like they use all of it too. 60+ second runs. Nice!

I have friends that run there, and they say it's amazing...

On another note, they have 125 entry limit caps, and 105 subscribed, prepaid members, so there's only 20 spots left open for each event. Last event, they filled in 6 mins.

I was watching that video of the miata, and im sittin here like damn that thing is QUICK! never seen a lil miata be that aggressive....then i read the title. V8 SWAP! :lol: DUH!
