It doesn't look like the site will let me click on anything but closed registrations.
My understanding is that if I registered for a past event, that I'm set for the rest of the year and can just show up. Right?
I think I'll go Sunday and use #92.
Then I'll drive real slow and smack a lot of cones.
(OK, well I do that anyway.)

Make sure to shoot video. It will be the first believable video you can show to your coworkers!

Do they allow spectators? Or do you have to be pre-registered for it to watch also? I'd like to come watch.

Geebus LS1 FD,
You stuffed an all alum V-8 into an RX-7? Wow!
I guessing it's a beast, or constantly snapping parts. or both
I can't make both days at Brooksville this weekend,
so I'm hoping for good weather on Saturday.
Looking forward to an interesting course.

I had a good time. :D John Thomas was so damn fast in that beautiful 240z. I was pleased with my runs on Sunday, whereas on Saturday I felt the car was not performing as well as it should. I tweaked the tire pressures and the car started behaving the way I wanted in the afternoon on Sunday.
Two things I learned today: 1) I should bring my laptop to events where I get two run heats, so I can analyze my runs. I found that once a run is over, I am almost clueless about what just happened. 2) I should run BSP, I would have paxed 6th instead of 9th today.

Streetfire posted my video already! While the note says that this is my fastest run, this is actually my last run in the morning heat, a 42.7.
Video - My fastest run at the SCCA autox on 9/3/06, 42.2 seconds. (http://videos.streetfire.net/video/d34dbb65-54a7-4682-8cec-9831012d8bee.htm)
I finally beat Elliott. Mission Accomplished.

Don't worry, you're safe. Street Mod 2 bumps into X-Prepared, not Street Mod. :D
Definitely two good days.
A big Thank You to everyone that helped us set up/tear down!

Muddy, Thanks again for the ride along on Saturday.
I was really hot and tired but still had a great time. I think I had 20 runs.
Congratulations Angie on solidly defeating me by that HUGE 4/1000 ths of a second. I'm definitely going to the EVO Phase II now.
Exactly how small is 4/1000ths? Is that like 4 vibrations of a cesium atom?

I don't think the hp helped that much. If anything, your rear tires were a handicap. Good job. You drove that POS fast enough this weekend to keep me agitated. If you weren't around, I might have been pleased to be running 43s!

No you wouldn't...I dipped into the 43s, and Albert was solidly down there with a bone-stock NA.... :)

I forgot about Albert. Yeah, you are right. At lunch time, I was mildly upset with myself that I was only .9 seconds ahead of an ES miata, no matter who was driving. My car is faster than that, dammit! :)

Sorry I missed it. It sounds like a lot of good competitive times were laid down. I spent the holiday weekend (and then some) moving. I thought I could make it Sunday, but duties associated with moving just wouldn't go away! :( Apologies for slacking on my trophy responsibility, but Real Life made me it's bitch this weekend.
I have nameplates for all the folks who won them at SCCA event in August. It's possible that some of those people who won trophies will show up to the NASA event this weekend. I'll bring them just in case!
