How come im not getting constant power through my yellow wire, no memory is held, and if the ac is on when i turn my car off, when i turn it back on i gotta press the ac buttons again. Some one please help.

It's obviously an accessory lead and not a constant power. Try again.:doh:

just because its yellow doesnt mean its the constant, its just standard on many vehicles.

Another thing to check for is some sort of battery problem (corrosion, loose cables) also in the back of the HU, make sure you have those wires twisted together nice and tight.

Used to have that with my old old stereo in my car, every time i turned it off it would lose everything. It was a loose terminal and for some reason would like to be a weirdo and still let me start the car and run the car but when i either made a sharp turn to the right or turned the car off, bye bye.

btw i fixed the problem in 2 weeks after i figured it out *(the turning right problem only manifested itself twice and it was when i first got the car, terminal was screwed on loose)

Do what the pros do - run new wires and fuck the stock harness.

the fact that it also effects his AC says that maybe its a fuse...

Does You Dome Light Work?
Do Your Dash Lights Work?
