Well I'm thinking of getting a 84 rwd celica. I wanted to get some of you opinions about what type of suspension would be better for a drift setup. Now I know 240 have a IRS. Don't corollas have a Solid axel? My issue is that I found a 84 GT that comes with a Solid axel. I don't know if its worth the wait to find a GTS that come with a IRS. What do you guys think? What would be better for a drift setup?

buy the solid, and slap s13 suspension into it. call it a day.

some ppl find it wierd, but yes ra64/65 rwd celica suspension it interchangable in the front. so really you could run ksport coilovers up front. as for the lsd rear. RA body celica supra gts rear end will bolt up and they do have lsd and disc brakes.

I know some older supra parts would be interchangable, its just a matter of finding rear ends lol. I know it wouldn't be an easy task. Besides I'm probably not going to get that GT although it seems like a good deal. It has rear drums.

gt's do have rear drums. the gts's have disc with lsd. its not that hard to swap the rear. i friend of mine has a celica gt ver clean. its a fun car.

Yeah well I kind of scrapped the idea of rwd for now. I just put down 2500 for a new home today which kinda sucks. But in the end I'll have a 2033 sq ft pimp ass pad with a 2car garage 24' x 18.5' pretty big. Nice and deep how you guys like it :D
