This is a 2001 Yamaha YZF-R1 Blue in color. I bought this bike about 4 months ago from a 49 year old guy who didn't want it anymore. He was the original owner and now I'm the 2nd. Due to me having a bad accident a little over a year ago I thought I was ready to get back on a bike, but I was wrong. I'm no longer comfortable on a street bike. I bought the bike with 14,800 miles and now it has 15,3**. A couple of after market accessories are: Micron exhaust ( blue to match bike), Jet kit, Custom made Ostrich driver and passanger seats, Greg's flush mount turn signals, Black windscreen, H.I.D. kit 8000K includes balast and all, New Pilot Power rear 190 series tire, and the last up grade I have done to this motorcycle is a week ago I had a tech lower the motocycle 2" both front and rear; I still have stock link if you want the stock height ! This bike has never been dropped or laid down...for the 4 months that I have owned the motorcycle the speedometer has not exceeded 80 MPH (again due to my accident a year ago). With the purchase of this bike I will be thorwing in a HJC medium size helmet and a blue mesh Yamaha jacket with removable liner. This is open to only serious buyers only.
