Congratulations. One tip...keep the side jobs very quiet. I know that as a boss, I wouldn't like my guy doing work on the side, that could be coming through my shop. Worse, he might think you are actually stealing his customers. Its a very fine line.

ty ty, the thing is none of his installers "work for" him. We just sit around and watch TV until someone needs an install done and then we take the install of the equipment he sells.
