This was purchased as my first bike in march. It is silver and black with a burgundy frame and just turned 2,100 miles. It has had it's first check up and complete service...has a custom plate mount under tail to get rid of all that stock garbage...also has l.e.d. amber turn signals in rear and "hyper-white/blue" bulbs in front, and tank saver. Very comfortable fun bike..great for beginners or anyone who just wants an enjoyable ride... It has a few minor scratches, nothing major, from some careless family members while it sat in the garage...so yes it's been garage kept...was used mainly around town. I am heading down another avenue in my life and am trying to save money..so i have to sell my toys....i also have a brand new fulmer helmet, black and silver with a smoked/mirror face sheild, and a brand new joe rocket jacket, silver and black which i beleive is a medium that i'll sell with it. Unfortunately I can't man, that's less than I owe on it. I owe a little under $5,300 and i don't have the extra money to pay it off. And if I took the $4,800 I'd have to come up with the rest to pay it off before I could get the title and actually give you the bike and title.

well, not many people here like v-twins. my only complaint on the bike is the handle bars. which im sure they have a clip-on setup already out for em probably. but in the same regard, its probably a small crowd of people who would spend 5k on a v-twin 650 when they can get an RC51, SV1000, or a wide variety of inlines for the same price.

It's been on craigslist as long as its been on here and not one person has called and said they saw it on that site. I do ride it, but not much, maybe to the gym once in awhile but that's about it.

I'm honestly not too sure man. I don't know too much about bikes. All I know it's considered a sport/cruiser pretty much. It looks just like a sport bike and just as quick, only difference is the handle bar position. They are up a little higher than other sport bikes, so you're not leaning forward as much as you would be on others.

If I had seen this a month earlier I would have picked it up. I just bought an 07 650R in the beginning of june.

For anyone interested, it is a very fun bike to ride, gets good gas milage, is comfortable since you're not layed out over the tank all the time, and looks cool to boot. Its not as fast or powerful as a 4cyl Super Sport but its not exactly slow either. I think its somewhere in the range of 70hp but I'm not 100% sure.

maybe in handling, but that is the extent of it. power is nowhere near the same, this bike is comparable to an SV650(s)

Haha hell yeah. I told James that if the mod wasn't already done, the first thing I was going to do was replace the stock light/plate mount on the back. The stock one really does look stupid I think.
