I don't think you can view the list once the pre-reg is closed :dunno: I tried to view it to make sure I'm on there but it's closed. Try emailing or calling one of the contacts for this event.

Uh, oh. You need to make sure that you select the event from the pull down. It sounds like to me that you selected the registration link and then filled in your personal information and just hit submit. You have to select the event(s) from the pull down list.



This sucks because you are not on the access list that had to be provided last Friday. I’m sorry but there is nothing I can do. I will forward this to our BVille organizer but I think you are out of luck.

Thanks Jesse for the back up. Please remember folks that this is a volunteer organization, we do the best we can to put these events on, in whatever time we can squeeze out of the rest of our lives. I'll acknowledge that things could be a lot better, but I simply don't have the time to put into it this year. If there was someone else standing and ready to step up, I'd gladly pass the responsibility on to them. Currently there's not.

I'm not willing to totally stop autocrossing and risk having this side of the CFR club dry up, so I do what I can. The list access for Brooksville is a requirement imposed upn us by the site owners, who are required to answer to the Dept. of Homeland Security. There have been some ideas tossed around for reducing the inconvenience of this, but each has its own issues. We almost need a technical solution that combines a web interface with registrations stored in a database so that people can query to see if they're on the list already or not without having to reveal the entire registration list in addition to being able to sign up. I feel like there is a legitimate privacy issue with the reveal all method.

All SCCA members are welcome to contact anyone as high up as you like and complain about whatever you want. If you aren't getting involved to make it better though, you're likely wasting your own time.

If I remember correctly we take I-75 exit on 52, make a left and then right on 41 and it took about 30 mins. The rest area is on the right before 54. I think it would take us longer to take 41 straight up cuz I'm off of I-75 and I-4.

go this way

take i75, get off at the exit for SR52. Make a left on SR52. Take it to your first next light which will be Bellamy Brothers. take this for about 10 minutes or so. It will become Hayman I believe at the county line. You will approaching yellow blinking traffic lights. make a left here on to Aires Road. Take this till you his US41. It drops off just a bit south of the airport, make a right onto 41.

no tolls and its a fun windy road

For the record, I think this is the perfect place for "caravan" and "meet up" posts. That's what the forum is for! Talking to a lot of people at once!

For those that missed the deadline or registered for the wrong event, I hope you don't hold it against us! We're working on switching registration systems, so there is a bit of a learning curve involved - both for you, and for the people running the site. Hopefully with the new system there will be some sort of semi-permanent list like we had before... But don't hold me to that.

:D No problem bro! This was a fun course. I was very happy with my times, from 1st run to last: 50.923 +1, 48.556 +1, 48.112, 46.997, 46.352 +1, 46.273, and 45.652 which was the best run of the day for me :headbang:
