what's up to all? I'm Lex. and I was told about this site since I'm new to Tampa. I'm from MIA(305) and it's not that different except in the street life( car wise)
I haven't seen anything impressing as far as cars in TPA. I know that somewhere out there got some sick cars but I haven't seen them yet. I came on here to basically meet new people and see what Tampa has to offer. Give me a word and let me know what's up for tonight in Tampa.

I have only been here for a month and I had about 2 races so far. Very disappointing......... give me a shout.

Well the main thing is, Tamparacing isnt about street racing, because if it was, it would be called *****************.com .. Alot of the smarter, older people on this website look down on the so called street racers, especially with everything that has been going on in the news since Cisco died in that car accident a while back.. The media is out to make a story and the underpaid police are out to burn all the imports, hondas, acuras and everything else you can think of with crazy tickets and absurd allegations of street racing.. So if your looking for action and you want to do it the dumb way, head out to gandy or sonic tonight, BUT if you feel your fast enough, I think theres a few guys on here that go to the track veyr often and will be willing to give ya a run.

let me clarify myself I wasn't talking about street racing the illegal way. on the track,

Well, I am saying this from a standpoint of that I have never really been to a track before and I for one know little about track racing but isnt getting a race at a track as easy as going to a track and racing someone.. and when I said Cisco I was refferring to http://www.tamparacing.com/forums/pit-road/306904-ciscoandmichelle.html?highlight=ciscoandmichelle that. He wasnt street racing from what Michelle said, but the media is making him out to look like an out of control street racer.. The cops are writing more and more street racing tickets as a result of pressure from the higher ups.. Cant wait to see that SI on the street though, looks real nice man!

welcome to the site..there are plenty of cars on this site that are fast..alot of use used to street race but are smarted now.its not worth it with all the crazy fines now..your almost better getting a dui then a street racing charge..there are plenty of cars that go to sunshine drag strip..there is a big heads up event this friday.but its for some fast ass cars.i wont be running because i'm doing a new car.but there will be people from this site running out there in some of the heads up classes though.

my (SI) which is in the picture has a B20Z block with a (97)Type R head. "port and polished, skunk2 stage 2 cams, retainers, dual valve spings, skunk2 cam gears, (basically the whole head has been bulit). Tuned computer by Cybernation Performance. Oil cooler, tranny cooler(short terms) light weight fly,stage 2 clutch, close gear ratio set up by (Pacific Performace) 1 & 2 gear ratio set (from the B16 tranny and 3-final Type R setup) skunk2 intake manifold. The B20 block is (pretty much built to the fullest (204whp, 235bhp).,.. just an idea....of what it's putting out.


now about the street racing thing, I don't support that because I got pulled over and I wasn't even racing. I had my family in the car and some loud as Honda civic with no F****** muffler ( you know how that is ... ( buy a dam exhaust system... I got pulled over with a $1,400.00 hundred dollar ticket.

I track race unless it's real far from residential or areas where you can get pulled over.
