too much roll.
Youll be clunking the front end during switchback.
Get coils.
Call it a day.
If you drift once a month, go for springs and shox, if your a weekend warrior get coils. If you drift twice a week, youd already have coils.

coils cost alot what would be the best bet for the buck....i now megans and teins go for like 1000.00 each and i only have like 700.00 for some suspension and a VLSD

Call down to cfp and see if Ivans got some laying around Im sure he does.
Well worht the money.
If you simply dont want coils.
Tokico Blues, and Eibach Prolines. Replace every bushing you can. Get inner/outer tie rod ends with spacer, and get a good alignment. Weld the diff (cause obviously cash flow is a henderance) and go out sliding.

the cuscos are good, not sure of the backing they have in the US, someone else might know offhand how their stateside support is, along with the JIC's....
Read up on them and do some research, (which I know you are trying to do by asking here) but be pro-active in your search for information and it will yield better results, and faster reseults.
I have no knowledgebase and wouldn't want to mis-inform you.

the tokico's are good, but agx's are better. and tein springs suck, unless you cut them like i did. the best spring would be RSR race or eibach.

so the KyB AGX's with the RS*R springs would be good ?????
Wow i have an awesome drifter tell me what would be best :D
I got some jdm apexi lowering springs from CFP for my daily driver.. sexy drop with nice stiffness

yeah i was just wondering becuase as of now my ish rolls like a mother and hinders my open diff to do its job .... so my next step is to do the suspension and VLSD for under 1000.00

HP (blues) are for a "sport" spring only! if you go with a more aggresive spring on the HP's they will blow...if you want tokico buy the luminas(sp)
AGX's are better but there only good with a spring that lowers a car up to 1.75inches
anything more will blow and void the factory waranty... i know this b/c i did it...

AGX, and Eibachs leave something to be desired, Trust me I have them. I say get what ever new/used coils you can afford, and have CFP weld the diff for $40, and call it a day.

i have the eibach lowering springs and the HP tokicos and they are plenty stiff for me. i only drift parking lots on the weekedns but they hold up nicely. a huge thing to get if you dont already have one though is the rear sway bar DEFFINETLY, and the eibach bushing kit.
oh and can anyone explain the whole welded diff business. how does it effect your daily driving?

you really wont notice it daily driving, until you get into a parking lot and make slow turns, other then that enjoy...

I have a set of Tein S Techs, KYB AGX's, and Tein camber plates for sale. They were on my s13 for about 10,000 miles. I was very suprised after driving on them for a while. There is very little to no bodyroll and you can adjust the dampening on the shocks to be very stiff.
