srt4 rims question

ok so i got the tires mounted. and i go to mount the rims and... boom... strut towers (spring perches)are in my way. so what is it that i need to mod or change to make these bitches fit?

I believe I heard once to get srt rims on a 1st gen you need 30 series tires. I haven't heard anything else
