Big Red - New Best ET

Big Red went 8.36 last week... hoping to get into the 20's soon.
Gettin killed on the top speed due to having too big of a tire.
Should be in the high 170's.

Not this time.

The bike is racing in the AMA / Prostar event in Richmond, VA this weekend.

Hoping JT can get her into the 20's.

Bike is awesome Cecil!
Johnny is my new hero.
I used to be my own hero,but not anymore.

I did not run Super Street this time,we just ran Supersport.

So i was standing at the 1/8th mile marker and when Johnny made a pass,the bike came up and spun,he just kept shifting then it came down into an ugly tankslap.

He throttled it back up (somehow) and when it came down again,it tank slapped and the front end washed about 3 feet on him.

His feet came off the peg,and about that time he rapped the throttle and pulled the front end back up and rolled through the lights at a 8.56.

Holy cow,most awesome riding i have seen in a long time,if not forever.

Your bike is definetly fixing to make some noise,20's is going to be easy,especially with Johnny on board.

Congrats Cecil,and when are you going to come hang out with us?

Johnny called me after that pass... said it was a bit "wild".
Johnny is a good guy.
He has my bike running better than ever.
I was hoping to be there this time but forgot about Graduation Wink... had to miss out again.
Still trying to get to the Prostar events... will make it oneday.

Went out to T&T last night at BMP and got in a few runs.

Below are the quantitative details of the Last and First pass.
I neglected to show the runs where I failed to have air pressure for the shifter :p

The last run was my personal best ET at 8.877.

60' = 1.641
1/8 = 5.925
MPH = 130.24
1/4 = 8.877
MPH = 164.89

Basically had a weak start, but I am getting better overall.

My first run of the night was my best run wholestically:

60' = 1.525
1/8 = 5.525
MPH = 131.17
1/4 = 8.914
MPH = 169.26
