i have a 1990 shadow ES...wonderin what offset the rims are...

I believe the offset is 40mm they should be 15" pumper wheels

are dodge rims interchangable...such as a neon rim fitting on my car....

im pretty sure my friend has a 99 noen and a 9X shadow and he put the shadow rims on his neon
