Tire mounting w/cheetah

anyone know a local (largo/st.pete) area shop that can strech tires or atleast that mounts tires on aftermarket wheels... only one i know is "Street Options" but the guy said he doesn't have a cheetah.

Advance Performance by Z fever can stretch because they are awesome. Nothing like a 215 on a 10", but reasonable drift stretches are A-ok.

kauffman tire in st pete has a cheetah. but they will not mount tires not bought there.
