My clutch is acting weird help!!!!
Just bought my 97 Spyder. I love the car BUT the clutch is acting weird. When the car is cold, it shifts fine. As the car warms up I find that sometime it won't shift into gear after it is in neutral (like at a stop light) I have to take my foot off the clutch, put my foot back on the clutch and then shift it into first. I also noticed the clutch is soft as hell. Any ideas and please tell me it is something easy.

Yes.
You have air in the clutch hydraulic system.
It may just need to be bled, but it is likely leaking somewhere (assuming you never disconnected any part of the system (requiring the bleed).
