its going to be hard to find a good running dirtbike of any size in the 90's and newer for less than 1000.00. 1998 kx125 for 1000.00 is a damn good deal.. you might want to jump on that before i do. btw. 2 strokes are the easiest bikes to work on. theres is a guarantee that you will need to do a top end when you have one. 4 strokes are more reliable but way more expensive to purchase and even more expensive when they break.

it dose not need re built...its a fresh rebuild on the motor now...the carb needs cleaned...bike has been sitting for over a year..thats all..any 2 stroke you let sit will need the same thing...due to the OIL in the Gas... :mullet:

it's tru i have an '01 CR125 that's been sittin for 2 years and it took me hours and kick starting and carb cleaning and spark plug fouling for it to finally start... i had a 4 stroke before this one and the parts for it are a rediculious price.... but yo.. $1000 for a '98 125 is a damn good price... i have an '01 im sellin for double... and WILL not let go for cheaper and have had plenty of inquiries on it..

1k is the lowest I can go...sorry its worth more to me to just keep it and clean the carb my self...when I can find time.....
