OK would one Kicker L5 12" hit harder then two pioneer 12"s in my mustang im going sealed and will be building the box myself and molding it.Any info will help.

Why'd you delete your original thread and make another on the exact same topic?

And it's hard to say one sub will be louder than another...it all depends on install and the amp being used. But generally, yes, an L5 should be louder than 2 Pioneer subs, given you're using an amp that does atleast it's recommended RMS wattage.

I DELETED THE OTHE ONE BECAUSE IT WAS IN THE FOR SALE NOT TECH.
the amp is a kicker 1200.1 and the box will be builded as said on kicker.com for thr l5

because nobody would tell what sub is better they just would talk about ported or sealed

Pioneers suck, but two decent quality 12" subs will hit lower and be slightly louder and will definitely have better SQ than a square l5

I havent used the 05/06 line of the comp VRs =( maybe Toby can plug their specs into his box program and come up with some theoretical response graphs...
