View Full Version : Where to purchase RCA cables?
I dont need $100 dollar monster cable rca's but I would like to replace my current sets. I currently have a ghetto rockford fosgate set going to my sub amp and a walmart brand (came with friends amp kit) going to my components amp, I purchased a set a few years ago at radioshack for like $20bucks and I remember it being pretty good quality, also found this on ebay

what do you think?
I decided to go with KnuKonceptz

I will let you all know how the quality is (good reviews so far)
I have knukonceptz stuff in my truck. for the most part, wire is wire is wire.

the RF rca that was installed in my car when I bought it (brother had it installed at bestbuy) was is garbage, one connector broke off (it was metal screwed into plastic which was warped and only had like 2 lines of tread) and the other end the surrounding clear cable is pullout out of the connectors showing the wires inside, its pathetic.

Best to use stinger or monster cable. I know people will flame monster, but I bought several sets of monster cable (back in 1998, when I used to work at Sun TV) and still one of the thickest best sounding cables I have.
If you REALLY wanna go cheap, just buy some microphone cable and solder the RCA ends on them. Partexpress baby ;)

I'm not against upgrading cables, especially in that condition
I know I bought a set of monster 4channels back in the day, set me back over a hundred bucks, and cured the small alt noise I had in my system. BUT that was just a bandaid for something else.
More expensive should = better quality construction / signal tansmittance etc. Butin my mind there is an apex to the entire sound to doallr ratio in wire. I could build braided 0 guage wires thicker than my thigh, but I wouldnt expect anyhting over a set of stinger cables. The actual power coming tru them doesnt warrant it. Shielding is nice, and quality construction.
I purchased and paid for my knukonceptz rca on wednesday morning, it shipped that day and was in my hands today. I just finished installing the cable and the quality was excellent. I would recommend knukonceptz cable to anyone on here looking to replace or upgrade their wiring.
