I am sure the codes are different for your car than mine but usually when I get that it means I am either running too rich or too lean. It could be all the way through or just on certain RPM ranges. Also if the O2 sensor is failing, it could be misreading the fuel ratio. I would see what the wideband tells me about the A/F ratio, make sure its tune it stoich and go from there.
it runs rediculously rich, i had another reading it was somthing with my fuel system. i replaced the maf and plugs the only thing i didnt get to was the o2 sensor, so im going to go with the o2. i just didnt know if it was somthing completly different so i figured id ask

www.vfaq.com ...should have trouble list there. Don't know the answer to your question. I see your putting the datalogger to use... its a nice tool.
My 98 was having this problem about a year ago, I did the same thing(changed plugs/MAF) ended up being the O2 sensor. What are you using to tune with(Not really important to this question just wondering since you said you are running really rich)?

Check for boost leaks, also check for any kinks in your couplings. I had one going trhough the fender and until I fixed it I was throwing the same code.

i have an apexi safc2 but didnt want to start messing with anything untill i can property fix the code issuse as well and get the timing checked out, you can smell how rich it is. and the safc2 is not hooked up ...in other words nothing
