very stout truck...good run...hopefully we can run again once i turn the boost up and tune it alittle :)

Bryan(351coupe) just told me about that Integra race. If this is the one I was thinking about then benchracing "He beat me and I beat him, etc. etc. etc." rules state that The Slowturn should have the rebadged Honda by about 3 cars.
But really, I was going to come on here and make fun of the race, but Bryan said that your Saturn rides the hell out, good race.

^Will do bro.That Saturn is no joke man,with up boost and a tune he'll beat me from a roll.Then it's my turn from a dig:)The white Integra I beat was quick,but the Saturn would prolly pull on him.I ran the Integra from a 40 roll and a dig and each race I had 4-5 cars on him.Good runs though bro,I'm sure with a tune your car will also pull alot harder.

yeah, Sam's doing good. He keeps tinkering with the purple bastid. Just hit 329hp last week. I'm sure you'll see him / us at the track one of these days.
I'm probably over 300hp by now too. I have to fix my car (sheered the stock flywheel bolts) and get to the track again. I just got some new slicks too, and I'm itching to try them out. Low on axles though. LOL

haha stock flywheel bolts suck, i sheered a set too but i got screwed because i couldnt extract them so i had to get a new crank...you should bring it out one night though...im sitting probably around 200-225hp but i want to see what your setup looks like...in a few months im gonna get some cam's and go for 250hp stock bottom end but i have a feeling the stock rod's will snap in half, those pussy ass pieces of shit

Stock flywheel bolts are just fine. Jay's problem was a slipping clutch and the aluminum flywheel. The alum. expands about twice as much as steel...so when the clutch slipped and heated up the flywheel, the bolts couldn't hold back the thermal expansion.... and POP.
I am using an aluminum flywheel andhave been for the last 5-6 years (same flywheel). What you need to adress is the clutch...if the clutch slips, the clutches wears, the FW wears, the pressure plates wears and you risk damaging component from heat. I see know need to use after market bolts as I have he orginal bolts in my car (250K) and have abused he car pretty hard. An accuantance in Cali put own over 300ft/lb from5.5K-about 7800rpm with stock flywheel bolts.
If you are snapping the SLaturn, then you have another issuse that should be addressed first.
PS... 329 ie weak... the pt-61 should be here ther week :twisted;
