F/S--97 2.0 singlecam neon motor

have a 1997 2.0 singlecam motor that came out of a neon,...been swapped to 1995 but have all the things to make it stock,....motor runs good,..no smoke,...brand new timing belt-water pump-freez plugg,..won't turn down any reasonable offer,...no lowballin tho,..askin $250.00 located in plant city FL.,...questions call 813-770-5352,..ask for cory,....thankz TR

lowballing? lol its a SOHC neon motor, there is no such thing as lowballing...not much anyone wants one except as a stock replacement....heh, that being said, $200-$250 is a fair asking price, depending on the miles

hey hey i want to stay SOHC...dont hate..lol..even though mine doesnt quite run properly at the moment but when i get this other neon it will sometime...i mean you can only get so much out of a engine weather it be sohc or dohc, me personaly i ould like to make my sohc fast as possible...just me i geuss, i mean dont get me wrong i would love a dohc turbo but hey i can only wrk with what i got.......

SOHCs have a lot of potential...as turbo anyway, the only limiting factors in a SOHC vs DOHC engine are 1.The SOHC is pretty much space limited as far as the size of cams they can run 2. the head doesnt flow quite as well, but if its turbo it makes both of those pretty much a moot point anyway, as for only working with what you have...not true...you can always swap to somethign else to work with...like me!, he he, although mine started out as a DOHC so it was somewhat easier for me...although I now dont use a single part of the original DOHC engine except a few bolts here and there for some of my accesory brackets

im should be buying my first sohc this week end. ive only had rt's before. this should be fun. at least its 5 speed. i only gonna use it for a dd anyway.

still forsale, i was wondering if the wiring harness is the same, i have a 98 sohc, i know they changed, like for the injector connectors and what not, plus my 95 neon has an extra sensor in the intake manifold that my 98 doesnt so pleas elmk mine is up in SMOKE like crazy
