An AHQ Audio Meet is set to kick off on Saturday, April 8th @ 4:30 until ??? I've worked this out with Toby, of T&J Customs in Oldsmar, and he is kind enough to host this event and offer a little freebie which anyone with a system will want to take advantage of. There will be FREE DB METERING OFFERED TO ALL TR PARTICIPANTS!!!! So if you have system, come on down for awhile, check out some systems, show off your stuff, see what you're hitting, make some friends, and check out Toby's shop. Unlike past events, you will be allowed to actually show off what you got, so come and bump as much as you want....after all, this is an "audio" meet.
T&J Customs is located off Tampa Rd. in Oldsmar. From Tampa, you can pretty much take Hillsborough Avenue all the way west and it turns into Tampa Rd. From Clearwater or St. Pete, take U.S. 19 to Tampa Rd. and go east. Anyone unfamilar with the area, there are several food joints nearby to pick up something to eat before, during, or after the event. Within walking distance is a Dairy Queen, Subway, and Steak & Shake. And a little further is a Burger King, Sonic, Ruby Tuesday and some pizza places. Maybe we could get a group together and all get something to eat after the meet.
Everyone is welcome, bring your friends. Whether you have a system, a system under construction, or even those who don't have a system (I'm sure T&J Customs can hook you up nicely). This will be a great chance to put names with faces, meet others with your same interest, and check out some cool systems. Also, this should be enough notice for everyone to take off work or do whatever you have to do in order to come out...so no excuses.
