i put ~4 hours on the top end and chain. new graphics kits can be found on ebay for 20-30.00 depending on style. i dont have a graphics kit nor will i buy one. i trail ride at croom and with all the tree branch impacts its just going to get scratched anyway. this bike is hard to find under 2000.00 so my price is firm. the bill's chrome exhaust pipe alone cost 300.00

nice bike. For those who don't know, back in 2000 when I bought my Cr250 new I was still reading articles in the Dirt Rider mags about how gawd damn powerful the '97's were. It was the bike the mags were comparing all future production bikes too. That is a sweet bike man and in my opinion looks hella good w/o a graphic kit.

If someone wants to check out graphic kits go with FactoryEffex. They are some of the best, they don't scratch, and they are thick as shit. I just ordered a set for my cr125 and it was about $145.00 for graphics and new seat cover. Not a bad deal.

thanks tnathe. this bike definetly scares the hell out of me. i cant keep the front end down. the electronic carb and digital ignition gives the unpredictable 2 stroke a very smooth powerband. dont want to get rid of it but my house comes first..:(
