They have electric turbos on ebay incase you cant find one small enough. Not sure if you'll get more than 1psi but more air is movin than before right?

I have a tiny DSM T-25 with a brand new rebuild on it, o2 housing, o2 sensor, the fins have also been clipped so it will spool faster. $130 LMK, I probably won't remember about this post so just PM me.

I will look at the electric turbo on ebay but then that means that I would have to hook up a battery right? but nether the less that is a great idea. wasn't there someone on here that was selling one of those not to long ago? and you are right more air than before.

yeah I think that turbo might still be to large the motot has only 5hp, and its a single cylinder.

your gocart motor wont spool anything that came on a car unless u have a bike motor in it.

^^ hes right...you need somthing bigger...the most your gonna do with a turbo on a 5hp motor is burn up the exhaust valve..too much back presure for those little motors...ide say finda recked bike..for like 300 bucks and take out the motor..or find a realy old bike...a friend of mine made a shifter cart out of a RM 250..that worked out realy good..try somthing like that caus a 5hp motor wont spool the turbo...

Small diesel generators have the smallest fucking turbos ive ever seen. I work with 5hp all the way up to 1500hp diesel engines so I see lots of different turbos all the time. A company called IHI makes the turbos we use, the compressor housing inlet on this turbo is only a couple of fingers wide, and the whole housing can be cupped in your hand. Im getting ready to throw one on my 65cc chainsaw motor and toss it in a pocket bike.

Im trying to, theres also a slightly larger turbo that came on those old 80's yamaha turbo street bikes. Until recently, those were the smallest turbos ive seen.

well, theres a 3000gt in junkyard in bradenton here with twin turbos...and those things are itty bitty turbos....perfect for a small engine(less than 1000cc)

Those are too big....look at the car they were designed for. Any and all turbos that came on a car will more than likely be too big. Im trying to get ahold of the generator turbos I mentioned.

Hahahaha I know they make them for the nitro rc cars & that is real fucking small too small for you to use so Im sure they make one you could use. That does sound cool though. I thought about something along the same lines but I was going to use a 2 cylinder lawnmower motor & a small turbo....

There was a video out years ago of a razor scooter with a small turbo charged engine with a shot of n2o racing a ls1 ws6 firebird with a 100 shot! It surprised the shit outta me when the scooter won! I'll do a search and post it up for ya....

I just picked up smart car turbo. I now can see the td02 turbine is far too big for little cc use. no wonder why that project didn't work. he needed something like this guy. should work well on 250-450cc
