AVE in clearwater if you want a shop or extreme custom work. I do most everything else for half the price.

Alpine Type S coaxials for ~65
Type R coaxials ~90
Kenwood excellon coaxials ~85
Type S 12s ~75
alpines 4ch amps(model depends how long u wait) ~ 275

I have to check on other shiz

Some 5x8" coaxials (speakers with mids and tweeters built into one) will drop right into your doors. If you want even better sound (but also costs more), you should consider a 6" component system (which includes seperate mids, seperate tweeters, and seperate crossovers) all for one price. This will also require adapter plates to be fabricated for your factory speaker locations in order for the 6" mids to fit. Once you pick out the speakers you want, then you can start looking for an amp that supplies them with their recommended RMS power.

Brands you might consider, in ascending price range:

Alpine
Infinity
Polk MOMO
Diamond
JL
CDT
Boston
Focal
.....just to name a few.

Alpine does not make very good speakers. Try Boston Acoustics. They have 3 differant sets of coaxial 5x7's or you can get a 5" separate and make a plate. Your post doesnt say what kind of car, how much youre looking to spend, what kind of music you listen to, or where youre willing to drive to get this done. Itd probably be in your best interest to actually LISTEN to a bunch of differant speakers. I can say Speaker X is the best you can buy and you might think it sounds like crap.

Yeah kinda. That was probably a blanket statement but when you listen to JL TR/VR, Boston S/SX, Polk Momo, or anything by Focal the Alpines seem VERY muddy.

To the original poster- you want 4 speakers and an amp for $200? If you have the factory HU youll need a LOC also...
