Got some horrible news this morning

At 3am my parents got a call, my brother Mark died this morning. He was in Finland for business for 2 weeks now with his family. He has HCM (hypertrofic cardio myopathy (sp?) but nobody thought it was very bad he took medicine and was careful and in great shape. He was running to catch a train and collapsed they said he died almost instantly. They are doing an autopsy to find out what happened. There is a lot of ice there and maybe he hit his head we don't know yet.

My sister in-law and my little nieces are over there, they are 2 and 5 years old. It s really hard being in another countrycause your family and friends are so far away, her parents will be there Sunday to fly home with them to Minnesota. It just Fucking sucks, his two little girls are going to grow up never knowing how great of a man he was. It is just horrible.

I wanted to share this with all of you. I would like to remind you to love you family and friends today because they might not be there tommarrow

very sorry to hear the news. i have lost my brother as well when he was 16. never seen it coming. nothing comes before my family. that is why you dont see me at most of the meets. i work alot and any extra time i can get it, its all given to the family. no other place id rather be

sorry to hear bout that :( he's in a better place now, just remember that, It'll help out alot. I've lost 3 of my grandparents in the past 10 months and thats the one thing that keeps me from falling apart everytime I think about them. Be strong man.

I know how hard it is. My father passed away at the age of 53, suddenly in 1997. I was 27 at the time and my son was only a year old. I miss him greatly and am very sad he will never know his grandfather. One day at a time.
