I am just a high school student with a pretty low budget, but i do have a part time job so i do have some income (so my budget is around $200-$500 mean if u think i should spend more than by all means tell me... ) . Ok so i have 2 12inch Infinity Kappa Perfect. RMS is like 350 and PEAK power is like 1400 watts. ( more info on the sub http://www.cardomain.com/item/INFPERFECT121 ).. i am into Good or Decent Brand Name quality and loudness is a must, but i really don't know what AMP should do the job for it's price and quality? i see so many amps that i duno which one to get.. Can anyone help me out?? thanks in advance for your help.

There's ALOT to choose from. For a cheap amp, Alpine isn't bad. For a more mid to high end, JL makes solid products (ie, the JL 500.1). Everyone has their own personal preference though. Generally, you want to look for a mono block amp that does anywhere from 500 to 700 watts RMS @ 2ohms. Post up what you might find, and I'm sure you'll get opinions.

spend a little more and get a alpine mrd-m605. Everything is digital it has a very small footprint. I'll pick you one up for 250.

well digital means everything is ran by computer which means accuracy and also its computer cooled which means the fan only turns on when its needed (usually somewhere around 150 degrees) You can read the input voltage, temperature, crossover point, and gain on the little LCD screen and that cool.
I can get is for 250 because I am cool.

Ok those subs are dual 4 ohm voicecoil subs and will not...I repeat WILL NOT take the max wattage stated which is 1200 to each 12" sub. I would run a decent 500-600 watts on them. They should be wired down to 1 or to 4 ohms...I would prefer 1 ohm if it was my setup. Then find a good mono block pushing about 600 watts to a 1 ohm stable load...good luck finding one because most good brands are switching to 2 ohm loads on their amps! I work for a car audio place and if you have anymore questions regarding car audio then feel free to PM me because I do not grace the car audio thread often.

P.S. These subs sound much better in a sealed enclosure with polyfill. The sound pretty much like ass in a vented or bandpass box. Just FYI.

Or you could do without the polyfill and just build the box the right size the first time around. :D
