so saturday night i run a skittle across bayside from a 4th gear roll went to about 120 then his car maxed out.we shut it down and next thing we new police lights in the back window. :-o :-o .so long story short i got to jail at about 2am sunday mourning and just now got home...it really sucked i havent had any sleep in more then 24hours so im going to bed!!!!!......this is the end to my street racing days..........

Hire a lawyer, public defenders aren't too good, I'm sure theres a few people that could help you out on finding a good attorney.

When Keith and Jay got caught...they both got tickets.

Keith plead "no contest"...he walked out of the courtroom w/ a $200 fine. 1 month later, he received paperwork from the DMV stating the DMV revoked his license for 1 year. The court didn't, the DMV did. And he had to take a super long (8 or 12 hours) class.

We hired a lawyer for Jay & he plead "not guilty". He got his bond money back (from missing his court date & having a bench warrent)...they took his fine out of the bond money (~$230) and sent him the remainder. Then, the charge of Racing on Highway was lowered to Wreckless Driving, which was then waived because he took that long ass class.

Damn dude that sucks, bayside is real hit or miss, I personally wouldn't street race on it anymore. They do have stationary cameras on the bridge.

I do love that bridge though, nothin like wingin past a state trooper at a buck eighty.

Look up a Lawyer by the name of Tytrainer, he is awsome!

If you have no choice but to go with a PD, request "Doug Roberts" He was a prosecutor for 13yrs he knows all the tricks and is friends with the St.Attorneys and Judge and often gets favors granted. He is about the best there is there!
