Ive meet a few, and know a few of them myself.
These are the people who spend their time looking at the latest trend that professional drifters are slapping on their cars.
These are the people who bombard themselves with these parts trying to mimic their cars to look like those D1 cars.
These people are spending their every penny to get these parts thinking that they can drift better because their car looks like a D1 car.

Where are the drift ricers? Rise those hands up.

funny, the 2 suppos-ed best drift cars are the s13/ae86 and i own both, go figure, i think there is an easier way to seaprate the drifter "RICER's', start a list of when you purchased your 1st 240/corolla and if you have attended and driven in a sanctioned drift event"

Corollas are typically trashed up. If its got leather bimmer seats with wood grain, i would be happy.

I just got my 240sex. Before that I had an 88 Civic, and an old skewl Hyundai (track only). My first mod is crystal tail lights!!! I don't think I'm a ricer though. Hells yeah I have been to a drift event! It was only to watch but whatever. I still have a single cam KA but I think I got some special model because it's hella fast! I already raced my friend who has a boosted CRX and won! I just need to start drifting and get sponsored so I can drive in at least one D1 event this year!!

drifting's all about showing off..its a form of entertainment. i dont see what's so rice about bubble shift knobs...personally, i enjoyed its presence in my car. i'd rather have something cute and comfortable rather than an aluminum shift knob that burns my every god damn hand everytime i get ready to drive the car.

I really don't think that bandwagon jumpers are something we have to worry about. In a few years a lot of people will realize that most 240s are busted pieces of crap and that there really isn't any point to drifting.

seriously, 240's aren't an original drift car or anything so people go off trying to slap on unique things to make them stand out from the crowd but really, differentiate yourself through skill. Seems these days people are more concerned about not being "just another 240sx drifter" so they think up something original to do to their car whether it be exterior, interior, engine, whatever. Really people should be thinking about how they can improve themselves and stand out that way.
