Ok on my 90 camaro RS i dont have posi, so i wanted to put it on there how much do u think it would cost 4 part and for labor? any suggestions guys? also do u think it will make a big difference? thanks!

I got mine from cophers out of a 4wd blazer and swapped over my ring. the only thing that is different is the spider gear that the axle slides into (more teeth) you just have to take the ones from the donor. all and all it costed me 60.00 and about 1 hour of time

you changed out a posi in an hour? Thats pretty damn fast.

I had an auburn put in my 92 RS. Unless you can get it VERY cheap, its not worth adding a posi to a 305.

well if i get the posi i might later down the road get a 350... so either way it will help me out

when and if u get a 350 down the road are u planning on making over 500 rwhp because if so i would just wait tell then and get like a moser ford 9 inch bolt in rear end or 12 bolt from them and u can choose all the goodies u want and then they send it to u.u just got to bolt it in.
