My GReddy Profec B Spec II Boost Controller is flashing a red light on ignition start, with no displayed text or anything. Their sparse instruction book offers no inspirational advice.

Anyone have any thoughts? I'm fairly certain it's wired correctly, I got a 12v wire that's only on when ignition is on, a ground point in the hood, the vacuum line is going to the same line that the blow off valve is attached to, and the valve is properly connected on the other side of the engine bay.
