post OSW event 3 thread!!!

Since nobody started one yet, I thought I would. Thanks to everyone who came out, it was an awesome day, many people made progress. Everyone was cool. The rainy day made the first set of runs a little different because some parts of the track were wetter than others, but it turned out to still be an awesome day. So Vaughn Gitten is supposed to come out at the other events? That's cool, I'd like to meet him again, and it's always nice to have advice from a pro. We had one wreck, but both rider and driver were safe, always a good thing to have people walk away. Maybe you guys can post another thread similar to Rob's thread, I'd be glad to help out any way I can, as I'm sure many others would.

On a more personal note, thanks for the advice mattback, that whole throttle modulation thing really helped with my drifts and gave me some new ideas about technique. Thanks to the people who helped me with tire changing and tires in general, for me, CFP, thanks ivan ;) . I wanna try some tandem next time :P

i loved the event

it was my first time driving in an event and drifting EVER. and i was able to hook the bank curve!!! many times!! by the end of the day i was drifting the curve manji' to the next one and hittin it slidin into the infeild! man MAN man!!!
that was my first time drifting, and i hadnt driven a 5spd in 3 years. so i went from my Fwd a/t maxima to a 5spd 240 that day. YEA!!!!!!!
