Default My Kit Came..

EDIT THIS WAS A UPS ERROR NOT ULTIMATE RACING. The Casing had to be flanged for the IC piping. The Turbo and Wastegate were dropped shipped and delivered to the wrong address. Been sitting outside at someones house thats not there for 2 days. I have all the parts now, putting the casing on took about 2 mins, its simple

My Carbon TI came, Bov came and the pipe is flanged for it. My jdm for surrounds came for the cold air mod.
Waiting on my Radiator, hoses, catch cans, clutch,

That is the lamest attempt to fill an order I have ever seen. So I guess your suppossed to 'build' the turbo when the other parts arrive? I'd demand my money back and send that back to UR. I could understand if they forgot a hose clamp or something minor but to send just the compressor housing is unacceptable. Speaking of the compressor housing, those welds look like shit. Those kits aren't cheap and for them to ship a partial order is ridiculous. Sorry for the rant, but poor customer service and quality pisses me off. Good luck.

yeah, that weld on the nozzel looks bad, but id be more concerned with the penetration of it (and how longlasting and solid it remains)....

as for the wastegate, welp, you're external, so there is none to be had on the turbine itself. you'll vent via the up-pipe, and either replumb that back into the downpipe (stealthy), or raw and out to atmosphere (quite loud)....

i have heard good things about the UR stuff, but this does seem less than acceptible...

ttt, Fixed.. All the welds on the piping are Full Race quality and have a lifetime Warranty. The weld on the compressor is soso, It looks worse than it is. The bead on the rest is perfect thats where it meets on the front face. Back to waiting

This is basicly why..

No Mess of piping, No Cold air return running over top of the Compressor, Kit has a Cold Air Inlet. Might be the most expensive Fmic, but deff the best looking

I hope the smoothness of the air flow for the outlet is better than it looks in the picture. The way the 90* is welded on there, it looks like it angles down then back up to make the elbow.

Garrett turbos FTW!

I took some better pics so you can see clearly what was done to the casing. Ultimate Racing fabricates the caseing so you get the above fitment seen with the cai and fmic charge pipeing. This is a spout from a larger compressor. It goes from small to larger, the bottom if a pic of the run of the weld. It does look kinda poopy in the above pic as this is where the run ends.
I have 100% confidence in UR's customer service, as they were going to overnight me another compressor and wastegate and handle the claim with UPS on there own. Luckily I found the package safe and sound.

PS Anyone know of a shop that polishes aluminum? Since im still waiting on parts I would like to get the compressor housing polished as it would be much easyer to clean.
