I have tried 2 different head units in my integra, both of which turned on and worked perfectly, just the sound wasnt playing. I checked my connections and stuff, everything checks out.... I was wondering, I got the car with the speakers in it, is it possible that the speakers are all complete garbage? Or is there something else obvious that Im overlooking? I know the head unit works, but Im not sure about the speakers. Kinda wierd that its ALL 4, and theyre not even TRYING to vibrate/make sounds.... Please help I need my music back!

first use an ohms meter to ensure you are getting 4ohms from each speaker at the harness. Then take a 1.5 volt battery and put the speaker leads to either end and listen for a click.

What year is the car? Did you remove a factory head unit and replace it with an aftermarket? Did the speakers ever work?

Yes its aftermarket head unit, and my friend had the shell before me and he had his own headunit and everything worked for him, and that was like 2-3 months ago.

Don't think he's running an amp.
I'd pull a door panel off, pop the speaker out and test it right at the deck. If you don't have immediate access to a multi meter. It's either going to be bad wiring, bad speakers, or a bad internal amp on the deck.

In a 91 Integra? I guess its possible I dont really know...ill have to figure out which wire is the power ant. wire. Also, the last owner ripped the antenna wire out from under the dash, I had an extra one, I plugged it in the deck and grounded it to the frame to see if that was the problem, it wasnt I guess...

power antenna wire should not be grounded. There is no stock amp in a 91 teg. did you test with an ohms meter? shoot me a PM if you are near the zephyrhills area I dont have classes tomorrow so I'll be in north tampa on a job.
