OK, I'm coming down 60 @ about 4am. I come to light right next to a 01-03 Cobra. Didn't think anything of it, but he takes off, ok I know better its a Cobra, I'm just a MINI, no rocket scientists needed. Get to another light and roll down the window and tell him he's going to win. He leaves me (big surprise) and then gives me a thumbs down. WTF? I though everything was for fun. No need for that. If you're on here Mr. Red Cobra, you suck. From now on I'll stick to just driving like a grandma b/c apparently having fun is not allowed.Thanks for the time to vent. Rock on.

I doubt that even if the mini had 300hp that it would beat a Sced Cobra..I had a Teg with around 300hp good dr's and decent suspension..And I got beat by quite few lightly modded cobras....My car may have had better weight/power ratio but it was still fwd..And its no easy task to get a fwd to out launch a rwd with out slicks:dunno:

What weighs 4000lbs, what are we racing roadmasters here? 03 Cobras weigh like 3600 stock.. and 500whp in a full weight cobra is good for low 11s with a good driver.

I can promise that a mini is not lighter than my teg was...2200pnds...And this was on the street not at a track..The cobra would own a Mini in street trim..Shit if the Cobra was on slicks at the track he would still own the mini..If the Cobra had a few bolt ons which they ALL have :lol:
