I want to drive in the event where do I register? Also am I going to be able to drive the course with stock brakes?

You'll get notice of the registration on this board and on http://www.nasaforums.com/viewforum.php?f=22
It opens to members first, then everyone else. There's usually plenty of spots for non-members. Registration is actually on the NASA web site.
Stock brakes are fine

No. However, registration is open to members first. On the bright side, membership is only $40/year with a free subscription to Grass Roots Motorsports.

Free skid pad testing is available at your local traffic circle.
2 lap maximums. Don't hog the pad! :) -Bob

There are 17 walk-on slots available as of yesterday. Just get there early, and be first in line.

Yes, $40 for non-members. Includes lunch. When he says "get there early", he means before 8:30am.
