me vs lumina??

well on my way back from dennys this morning.. i was riding with all my windows down just enjoying the nice morning..and some older guy gets next to me in a lumina and starts jumping at me...so i figure ahh what the hell i will give gramps a run...well i down shift and we both hit it and i all i hear is BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ he instantly freight trains me...i have never been beat so bad before by anybody...well he pulls into the gas station and i pull in behind him and ask him wtf he has done to his damn grocery gettin lumina..and hes said "just a blower and a few minor mods" and i said "minor? you had at least 7 buslengths on me" and then after a couple minutes of talking and stuff he pulls his dyno sheets and time slips out of the glove box and his time slip said 11.1 i forgot what mph..and his dyno sheet said 510hp 497tq...and he also had hoosiers in his trunk..this was without a doubt the biggest sleeper i have ever seen in my life...it looked just like my old car..same color and everything..on steelies with hubcaps..im guessin he modified a blower that was made for a monte carlo to fit onto the lumina...well that was embarassing...

Seen them up here. there is some company in NY that makes a blower kit for the 3.1 lumiina/monte carlo/grand prix's. the guy up here has time slips of 7.4@ 104 in and 1/8, dynos and 532 fwhp, and 513 ft lb of torque. These are the new trends, or these grandpa just want to be different
