Ditch that excuse for a turbo t25 and at least put a 14b on there... That would be my first thing to do, then a DP and fuel pump.
Welcome to the fam!

16g is the best for a daily driver.
I just want to up the boost.. and run it with full exhaust and intake for a bit..
only looking for like mid 13's out of the car.. or better yet 102+ traps

102 traps and mid 13's? 14b turbo, port the turbo/manifold/o2 housing, fuel pump rewire, manual boost controller and boost gauge, run around 15-16 pounds of boost. Should still have 200 dollars left, get some wheels and drag radials off ebay. Should do at least a 100 trap and mid 13's, if it comes down to it buy some C16 and crank the boost to 20 pounds. You can find a downpipe for really cheap brand new, in the low 100 dollar range, on ebay and other places. Add that if you want to make sure of the trap.
I ordered a Testpipe from slowboyracing.com. I haven't had any bad experience with SBR. Oh yeah that stock shifter in the 2g I can't stand either... took me awhile to get used to it in my girlfriends car. She ended up buying the B&M short shifter and we put a Mitsubishi Mirage 90-92 Shift Knob... their shorter... shifts a lot better and feels nicer.

im gonna say this as serious as possible, if you seriously believe you will stop modding that car at the 102 mph trap speed mark, you are lying to yourself

He's right, it's really hard. No matter what the announcer at the track likes to say, 100 mph in a street car really isn't enough to be exciting. My car was trapping in the 105-106 range on pump last time I was at the track. It's enough to get you around day to day, but when I punch the gas I want to be thrown back in my seat and have the speedo jump up 40 mph before I realize it. I was up around 108-109 on 110 and that was a little better, but I know I won't be happy until I have my front mount on and can trap at least in the low teens.
If this is a daily, I think that a basic intake/exhaust/14b setup will do just what you want and it's probably the best option. Weekend car, go bigger.
its gona be a weekend warrior but drive me to school everyday..
how is a 14b setup only 200 $ dollars?
how hard is it to run a different turbo setup on my car? I got alot to learn.

The muffler shop infront of bally's on hillsborough will put on your downpipe and run 3" all the way to the back. Ask for jerry if he's still there. It' will cost you an extra 40 buck but he did mine.

Seriosuly just pick up a used 2.5"-3" DP from someone on one of the boards. You can get one for around 100 dollars all day. 14b in good condition is around 100 bucks, port it yourself. Port your exhaust manifold, youll need new oil lines Im pretty sure you can get a whole 2g install kit but thats more $. If you are doing it on the real cheap weve gotten away with running stock 1g lines and then stretching the piss of of the IC pipe.
Id recommend a SS oil feed line and a new j pipe to make life easier.
If you are willing to listen there is a lot of knowldge to be had from people on this board. Just take some things with a grain of salt.
