Fastest Imports vs Fastest Domestics :D

hey i just heard about a big race with the baddest imports racing against the baddest domestics this week end. it's gonna be at a dragstrip in north fl. called breakaway dragway. there's supposed to be a bunch of imports coming from puerto rico that want to challenge anyone who wants to run against them. you can go to their web site for all the details and directions.

its up near pensacola and its only an 1/8 :(.... i passed it on my way to my grandmas house out there.... seems like itll be fun but too far for me... sorry chuck...

yeah it's my uncle's track and he just told me about the ricans coming this weekend. lol they have some really fast cars and most of em are piston motors! :)

it's kind of far but it's a really nice track and they have free camping with a shower n stuff too. they have really good food there too! :D
we've been racing pro mod and outlaw classes all over the southeast for over 20 years, so when they bought that drag strip, they're running it from a drag racer's point of view. they try to have everything that racers want like a well preped track, real good pay outs, good food, very clean bathroms, free camping with lots of room for motor homes or tents, and they're going to concrete the whole track this summer durring the hot rainy season.
also the reason that it's so far from here is that they wanted to find a track that's far away enough from bradenton and st pete, so they would'nt interfere with their buisness. also they want to be closer for all of the outlaw racers all over the southeast. :)

ok my uncle said that they had a really good crowd and he wants to thank all the people from tampa area that showed up! there were some really fast cars .
the domestics ended up winning though! lol ramond from fischer buggies in tampa ran a firebird [i think] for the top dawg, but he missed a gear so the domestic won. lol
they said that raymond was kickin some butt though! i think he ran like 5.40's !
way to go big raymond !!!! :D
