Whenever i take off i hear the turbo spool then while its spooling i hear what sounds like a weedeater behind it.....Any suggestions?

well, it is a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder. without that turbo its just another import weedwhacking motor


exhaust leak?

i was thinking shot turbo, it also bogs whenever i tap the gas and smokes when i rev it

what color smoke is it? blue=oil , turbo could be shot and leaking+burning oil.

Or exhaust leak is making it run rich, causing burned fuel.

Kind of sounds like you got a blown turbo gasket. Check the gaskets. Hope thats all it is.

well if its blue then then your turbo could be leaking oil or oil could be leakin up past the pistons... have you checked the compression?
