Comes with everything to make it work, Include ABC, Com 1 wire, and all bolts and directions. The UTEC currently has 3 maps on it. @ maps for a vf22 setup tuned by SS and the base stage 2 map from TXS. Works perfect and is currently running the car until sale. $650 obo :)

That chip thing in your key is married to a particular ECU. If you need a new key or FUBAR your ECU, you need to have a dealer remarry your key. It even points this out in the AccessPORT manuals.
