Whats your budget?
Id say Center Force Stage 1. $140 everyone says its a "ok" clutch. But i had it on my KA for about 5 months and it did just fine.

do it yourself man, prob one of the easyer mechanical things to do on a car. all you need is jack, 4 jack stands (or a fucking h lifter), a nice ratchet, ratchet sizes 10mm to prob 22mm, a long ass extension, flathead screw driver (to stick behind flywheel to lock crank while tightening/loosening clutch) some buff biceps to slide that bastard ka tranny out of there. tranny fluid, as you will dump a good amount when dropping the tranny, given that you where smart enough to remove the drive shaft beforehand. clutch alignment tool, should come with kit. most of the time theyre blue. did i get everything? if you live close superK, ill give you a hand. ive done far to many clutches on various rwd cars, especially 240's, but ill keep doing them. its fun. bitches!

Those XTD clutches go for really cheap, but why would they cost 1/2 of what most major brands sell for?
I personaly would get a company thats been around for decades and built up a good reputation.
Call up Clutch City. Like i told you, hes a great japanese (probably korean) guy, local custom shops buy clutches from him. He charges $115 for the Exedy oem replacements, which is about $10 more if you buy from Ebay. I personally would support someone locally, and you can see it before you buy it.

Clutch installation usually run between $200-300

I ws thinking more like this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/XTD-STAGE-3-RACING-CLUTCH-1989-1999-240SX-JDM_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33730QQitemZ8032455 417QQtcZphoto

I know several people who have been using XTD for a couple of years. I decided to get one becasue they came highly recommended from several people.
I have one at work you can look at if you wanna see it.

oem wouldnt take much abuse. My brohter has had his XTD stage one on his KA for the last 26 drift events and daily driving. That should tell you something.

Superkaioken

ok its done i bought a XTD Stage 2 Racing Clutch... so now i can drift that and im getting a valve job done on my car so no more smokey KA here heheheeh.

i wouldnt say drift...its more "now my car is mobile again because i gonna get a new clutch."
Would stage 2 be hard like 3?
I know stage 1 feels alot like OEM.

800 miles, sureeee. Dont you have any idea how long you have to wait and how much fuel youre going to have to use to achieve 800 miles?
800 miles / avg. mpg 23 = 34.78 gallons to reach 800 miles
34.78 gallons X at $2.30 per gallon (87 oct) = $79.994 for fuel.
Since youre a young driver, more than likely you wont pass 100 miles w/o reving pass 4k. You are going to fuck up the clutch. And you say 500 isnt enough? That's MORE than enough. The clutch should break in around 200-300 in reality, but the factory recommendation overdo just to be on the safe side.

Don't be a douchebag.. Seems like Jake is just trying to maybe become a better drifter ... People like you need to stop being so negative and put more energy into actually driving to futher the local scene.
I know I know even though Jake is like not the brightest bulb in the lamp: I can respect the fact that he is learning and growing.. I can honestly say from reading his post that maybe just maybe he is learning./rant
When you going to Clutch City Jake? Can I ride along I need to buy one too..
