have fun at the slip&slide track.....Lakeland is notorious for not hooking......but when you learn how to drive a street car here you can pretty much out 60ft. anyone on the street.....:lol: if i had a fast enough car i would compete....but i drive a FWD honda so count me out....good luck to those of you who compete

I might have to do this. Cut a 1.58 60' out there last time. Not too shabby. Also know another F-body that pulls consistent 1.3s with the wheels in the air.

Let me know who I can get in touch with about the rules. I am trying to figure out if my car will fit the rules or what I am going to need to change to be legal. I don't want to show up and then not be able to race because of a small infraction.

Here is an example of one rule that I have found:

Exhaust: mufflers 3" tailpipe min.(aka shortest tailpipe=3") LENGTH ONLY NOT SIZE

What does it mean? A 3" tailpipe is minimum? You can't have a 2.5" cat-back system? I'm a little confused.

sounds like there must be atleast 3"s of tail pipe past the muffler???

Means, no open headers. Must be a min of 3" from the header....in other words, pretty much any exhaust goes.

Thanks for the clarification on the 3" rule. I'm running dynomax bullets, dumped before the axle, my turndowns are directly after the muffler....is this ok?
