Well ladies and gents the wheels have been put in motion. Gloveman1386 and myself in cooperation with Advance Auto Parts present the Friday Night Showcase Series. Friday Feb 3rd will be our first show. As many of you know Gloveman and myself are Advance employees and with full support coming from our store mangager (actually my old manager) this event will take place. For those of you that love going to car shows or participating in them...this is for you.
**THIS A FREE EVENT ---NO ADMISSION---REGISTRATION---OR ENTRY FEES**
I can not stress enough that this is a car show, all participant must have there car on display. There will be designated parking for show cars as well as spectator/customer parking. I would like for you all to keep in mind this is being backed by Advance Auto Parts and will be during business hours. I am very grateful that Sam has given us the opportunity to show off our cars and meet new people. At this point, this will be on a monthly basis until determined other wise.
OK here are the rules:
All show participants must have there car on display
No alcohal,drugs,or weapons
No profanity or inappropriate behavior as this is a family event
No burnouts or wreckless driving on the lot or in the immediate area
No trash talking about peoples vehicles "if you don't have anything nice to say......
Oh yeah have fun
With all this said, this is our opportunity to correct the misconceptions that people have about automotive enthusiasts.Remember this is open to all makes, models and vehicle types hell... bring a tank if you have one!!!
Advance will have gifts to the first 20 cars preregistered
to preregister pm Gloveman1386 or myself
