You need a driver's license. Car mods are not needed and don't really matter. Local tracks are St. Pete, Gainesville, Ft. Myers, Brooksville, and Orlando.

Best place to learn about autocross is at an autocross. There will be plenty of Miata people there for you to talk to.

Can I borrow one of your Miatas, since you have 2? Don't be stingy with the Miatas.

How come people with almost 3000 posts on a message board still can't use even remotely correct english? Seriously, if you want informed answers, try and type a bit more adult in your posts.

Try and be a little easier on the new guy, eh?

Anyway, Mr. LS VTEC, whereabouts do you live? There are lots of events happening around this area. A sunriders event in st. pete is comign up very soon.

LSVTEC, see that link in Loren's signature for "NASA-X Florida"? Click on that. There's an upcoming event down at the SPC Allstate Center. It's not too bad of a drive from Raymond James. I live around there too.

No..the event starts in the morning. Your best bet is to try and get off on a Saturday they run.
